New NYX products!

I've heard lots of great things about NYX and sadly, it has taken me THIS long to get my hands on the product line to see for myself just how great it really is! I guess for the longest time I felt like I really couldn't justify more makeup, but I caved in and I am so happy I did. My wallet isn't too disappointed either with such a competitive price point.

I stayed within the lip product line and am in LOVEEEEE! The slim lip liners are incredibly smooth, the color pay off great and the longevity pretty incredible. These will begin to find a home in my kit for sure. The matte cream lip stick is like applying melted lipstick with a lipgloss wand... and it smells like cake. In being a matte formula, you never know if the product will leave your lips feeling entirely dried out and although I anticipate this always (and prepare with proper exfoliation and lip conditioning) I felt that the color was as intense 4 hours later as when I first applied, the center of my lip wasn't coming off from drinking water/eating and I didn't feel like my lips were going to fall off my face.
